A quiet Sunday evening here.

It’s about twenty four Celsius and there’s a weather warning for extreme winds. That time of year. They say it’ll be in the high twenties all week and back up to thirty on Sunday next. We will fly home Friday so I can be back at work on Monday. For a week.

I’m then going to Sardinia with Edoardo for a week and then we will sail back. Initially, the fact that my Mama would take an extra couple of days to care for Chiara, but now Edoardo has said that she can accompany us to Sardinia.

Chiara is extremely excited to be coming with us to Sardinia. She says it will be our first family holiday together! She’s all smiles and dancing about the room, haha! She is so happy. We are going into Palermo tomorrow for some new outfits for her to wear.
