Of all the 16 years I’ve been working I never once took a vacation..and couldn’t afford to.. figured vacations were for rich white people..

Road trips are not that expensive man. I was like you for a time, working for several years without a vacation, but I just didn't not want my life to revolve around work.

So I looked online for great places to visit or hike in and just set out on my first ever road trip completely solo. Stayed in cheap hotels here and there which made up the bulk of the expenses, but I got to see so many awesome things I would have never seen if I had refused to leave home.

Getting out of your comfort zone can be worth it. You have the rest of your life to sleep. You're only young once
