Do black people not find it ignorant when other black people call them the N word?

That really depends on who you ask. Some see it as taking a derogatory term and making it their word as a means of "taking it back" so it isn't a derogatory word anymore. While others don't care for it and find it ignorant being used in any way.

@Carver I find it more uncomfortable if strangers say it to each other. I mean if you're family or friends or whatever, you obviously know them.
