Does Trump really think attacking China is really going to help solve his North Korea problem ?

Sorry I think of Attack as Attack not verbal sparing of some kind.

Yes the difference is I would have referred to his speech using a verb which is consistent with speech. For example if whatever he said about China was insulting I would have said, Trump insulted China instead of Trump attacked China.

@Dlrannie: Well now I had to look up the news to see what you were talking about what he did was criticize China for a 40% increase in trade with North Korea instead of taking actions to dissuade North Korea from their ambition to create a viable intercontinental nuclear missile. That is probably not considered Attack in England either. Just strong blunt talk. I only bring it up because it does no good to go overboard trying to describe Donald Trump all it does is cause his supporters to say, she is just attacking Trump because she does not like him blowing things out of proportion.
