Flick it off your fingertips onto a sandwich for flavor. Or you could even add some dill with some dehydrated garlic and onion and simmer it down into a badass salad dressing

pour it into an ice cube tray and freeze it. then you have pickle juice whenever you need it (making salad dressings, using it in potato salad, or any recipe using dill)

Some people claim that pickle juice is a good source of electrolytes that you lose when exercising. Drink it instead of Gatorade.
