At first glance, this is an interesting thought but what defines idiocy? It's definition could be very subjective, and you've heard the discussions behind an IQ test I'm sure. I think the idea behind voting is not about whether you are good enough to vote but that you CAN vote.

@orangezebras: yeah.. I think we r on the same point.. those test were used to discrimate against blacks after the civil war.

It was used racially..the same way the iq test seems to make Westerns seem smarter...
