Anyone good at dealing with panic attacks?

There is a very good breathing technique for panic attacks. Take a deep breath. Hold it for five second and then let it out slowly all the way. Then wait five seconds. Then breath in slowly for a 3 count. Hold for five and then slowly release.

What this does is takes control of an unconscious muscle and starts to give you control over your emotional state at the same time. At the same time it slows your heart rate and starts to counteract the flight fight mechanism.
