It is not unfortunately. It hardly ever rains here. My mother will say, 90% chance of rain tomorrow! I will say great, 90% chance it will rain for 1-5 minutes.

@Imani283: I'm in Florida as well. I feel the same. The fresh air, the darkened earth, the wet sheen on everything. I love the steady patter on the roof.
