@Headlines: It's a perfect analogy. The KKK defines [b]themselves[/b] as such. Their original name was "The Christian Knights of the Ku Klux Klan". Even as ISIS self-identifies as a Muslim organization. And even as most Christians don't want to be defined by the KKK, I'm guessing most Muslims would not want to be defined by ISIS.
