Gets tricky and depends on who you believe for the fractions, but basically: 98% of all the wealth in America belong to 1% of the richest people, and they've xspent the past 50 years getting richer thanks to tax laws.

Interesting, I totally bought into the 98% trend. Though the cited study is in 2001, something under ten years would be neat to see too
