How is this a riddle? It's just a pair of concentric circles.

I like your big words. Concentric. I'll have to look that one up. You have to guess what it is. I posted the answer to it though also.

@Purpleintelligence: Concentric means something inside a larger version of itself. A circle inside a circle is "concentric."
