Would you rather fight 100 duck-sized horses or one horse-sized duck?

the Horse size Duck reminds me of the Terror Bird , plus its Good in Water too so can't out swim it and 100 duck sized Horses is too many , maybe i could bribe the Horse sized Duck with food and Ride him around , he's amphibious too
