Yup I have anxiety soo I'll avoid crowded places. In friendships I like one on one contacts or a small group only :)

@distractedreamer87: That's me, too. I recently went to a Meetup group called Death Café. Very interesting crowd and good conversation, just a lot of people, about 16 as I recall. As I started feeling closed in, I had to focus on the person who was speaking, and put the others out of my mind as best I could. When the meeting was over, I needed to be alone and recharge. I love people, and being with them, but any more than about half a dozen at a time, is sometimes challenging.

@Seth531: yeah... I had friends who misused my abilty to help and support and took me for granted, also wasted my energy, and made me feel empty. They burdened me with their problems and but I never got a chance to talk about myself and how I felt... thats the price of being an empath sometimes :s
