If you ever thought you were dumb, there are some people out there who still believe that the Earth is flat

@xjesse24: He sent me "95 proofs that the Earth is flat." I tried to read them all but each one was just bullshit. It wasn't even stuff you can offer a counter argument for. It was just wrong. An example was "Dr. Albert Yicht rode miles above the Earth's surface in a hot air balloon and saw flat ground below him. At that height, if the Earth was spherical, he'd have been able to see the curvature."
Everything is wrong with that. For starters, you can't ride miles above the ground in a hot air balloon because hot air only rises so far before it stops rising. Even if you [i]could[/i] go that high, the oxygen would be too thin to breathe, and you would die. However, we have airplanes, and when you're miles high in an airplane, YOU CAN CLEARLY SEE THE CURVATURE OF THE FUCKING PLANET.

Well of course, that makes perfect sense. Lmao, I can't belive you actually argued with someone that... dumb to say the very least. I mean, it's really not that complicated. But I understand why you did, those type of people need to learn. The other day, I heard someone say that the sun orbits around earth in a public place, I can't exactly recall where. I just said to myself, "okai" and proceeded haha.

@xjesse24: See, in real life, I would never argue with someone who said that because if they're crazy and dumb enough to believe the sun orbits the Earth, they're also crazy and dumb enough to straight up shoot me without a second thought.
