i have a tip for all the younger ppl.

over the years of working many jobs,i have learned if your supervisor is always happy&smiling beware.the mean ones you know where you stand.but when the nice one turns on you ,the smile was covering the anger &hostility,it will happen.so never fall into their snare.

Its why i never befriended any supervisor i ever had.. they can turn on you in an instant ie: layoff/fired and suddenly that "friendship" means nothing

geez..nice thing to tell people just going out to work in their lives. I worked my whole life at many jobs and didn't experience that.

@curiosi: yes,i never forget a face.the 2 yrs before ep collased they started changing the format often.then they dropped the kids side of ep and the site was taken over by silly teens.some were very grown up in the questions &answers.so the good ppl left.ep saw the kids were were running ep and let it go,ep was putting more ads on to survive.but kids weren`t going to buy.keep in touch.

yep, I dislike my manager/ supervisor. "nikki, I'm so glad you're here". No, you just want somebody to tidy up this place and actually do their job.
