Being introverted or extroverted isn't about how shy or outgoing you are. It's more about how your energy is derived-from alone time, or from other people. So it's possible to be an outgoing introvert or a shy extrovert.

Thank you for clearing that up. So many believe that shy equates with introvert. I am an outgoing introvert.
