my dad used to tell me stories on how nuns would tie left handed students hands to their side in order to force them to use their right hand. my teachers weren't that strict, but would keep reminding me to try and use my right hand. my second grade teacher gave up when she realized it wasn't happening

Hmm, difficult. I see some insuperable problems. Like, he can barely ever sit to my right, because we will end up hitting eachother with our elbows. We need two scissors, one for him and one for me. And for sure, I'll end up accidentally picking up the wrong one! Living with a lefty would be hard. 😜
