Do you think Trump ruined the economy to make sure people on welfare will have to live in abject poverty?

I witnessed both my parents' deaths, in hospitals, at separate times. Both of them suddenly sat up, then fell back as they flatlined. Can anyone explain how this rare occurrence happens, and is it really that rare?
