Why are some developers demanding such high salaries and flexible working conditions, and is it realistic to expect this from most companies?

This is a difficult one. When I was going through divorce my church turned its back on me.

Later, much later, I realised that the Christians there needed as much Grace as me.

It does not bother me now. I simply don’t mention it.

The Church of England is very different these days. Woke female bishops that will not address God as father. Some priests in same sex relationships. Yet divorce remains a thorny issue. As does the behaviour of the Church of England children’s society, which separated unmarried mothers from their children. Not a lot of love there.
