Does a sunny day make you feel more motivated to go to the gym?

Can it be true that respect is earned by treating every person with dignity, not only those who can benefit you?
Why do you think it’s sometimes easier to understand the impact of past relationships only years later?
What’s something small that made your day a little better recently?
Why didn't the control group who didn't attend the metal festival feel increased pain tolerance, or "improved emotional processing"?
Why does the feeling of being genuinely prepared for something feel so different from the feeling of having brought everything just in case?
Is there really no way to predict the perfect career path, and should I just go with my gut?

I used the gym to build muscle strength before covid, and the treadmill to build up running. When I got to twenty minutes in thirty on the treadmill I moved over to running in the countryside and a local park. Then came covid. The gyms closed.

Gyms are very expensive and is the cost of transport. Running in the countryside is free/
I miss the weights though.
