How does a person maintain the drive to build a future company while remaining entirely detached from future outcomes?

How can I tell if you're a sociopath? I grew up always struggling understanding people. I've just told people I'm autistic when people notice the offness about me. I just feel nothing 95% of the time and when I do it feel it's a show for people.
