How do you stay patient during the slow physical changes of hormone therapy?

Are criminals going more crazy with cops because they know that they are being recorded and might become famous on YouTube or TV? Is publicizing their behavior so much for entertainment making it less taboo, more run of the mill?
Why do people wait until their ex is happy to try and come back into their lives?
