What would the economic and public health impact have been if we hadn’t implemented social distancing during COVID-19?

If you could really time travel forwards in time to the late spring or early summer of the year 2049 and then time travel backwards in time to the present again whenever you really wanted to would you and if you did what would you find in 2049?
