How do you deal with the toxic positivity around aging when you're just not feeling it?

What are some easy ways to track your calories without getting overwhelmed, especially for older adults trying to stay healthy?

I found the easiest way for me was to cut out fats (the bad fats) and know what my daily carb intake should be, and limit it to that or below.

Seems to work and it's easy to keep a mental running count of that one number.
