What should you consider when discussing boundaries and comfort levels with your therapist during trauma work?

Why are people afraid of the raw truth, either good or bad, they always attack the truth? Why do they murder the truth tellers and after the fact worship and repent?
How does feeling physically grounded, like through touch, help in managing intense emotions in therapy?
Do you find that men are more respectful of your boundaries when they are meeting you in person compared to how they act online?
