Assuming that there’s at least one non-extinct ethnicity that gives birth to twins as the standard, should we have found them by now?

I've been almost 2 years in LDR with my boyfriend, but we have never met. We planned to meet in the future, but he won't come to my village to meet my family. What should I do?
