Why do young employees often prioritize their own interests over those of their employers, like skipping work or leaving without notice?

There are many “incel” guys on the spectrum since people w/ autism tend to underperform functionally, like getting fired from many jobs or being unable to keep friends. It has nothing to do with misogyny. Can society make life more fair for them?
