Why do staff rooms in schools sometimes feel like exclusive clubs, and what kind of activities happen there that people wouldn't expect?

For therapists who work relationally with attachment due to trauma. At the end would you tell them the love stops with therapy as in no more "I love yous?" Would you give them ample time to understand this or do it with a few sessions left?
