What do you do when a client wants to use the legal system to harm someone else, especially in a divorce case?

If you and most people were given the choice, and had enough time and money, will they choose to marry and have kids? Why is this the case?
An ex who did the breaking up a good long term relationship, wanting more after cheating, knows I was really good, consistently watches my stories especially if I'm there for 2months, I blocked her viewing. Is it effective if I want her to miss me?
