Is it exhausting to try and find common ground with someone who refuses to acknowledge the facts?

Do any of you think I'm wrong for not liking people? I don't like people because everybody is awful and only thinking about themselves.
What does a girl do, even during college, when she finds that boys just do not like her? If boys do not ask her out and don't take to her flirting with them, what should she do?
