The one in the grey suit is half Greek and his son is the Prince of Wales. So yes, they do reflect some of the normal diversity of modern Britain 🇬🇷 🇬🇧 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿

They both got married had had children. They love their wives and children. They hold a Christian faith.

I suppose that’s not normal now in the UK. I’m of the age that it was.

@peterlee The first two sentences are still "normal".

Being Christian is much less common now but at least based on personal choice, not the artificial expectation of church-going to suit others - parents, schools, or what the neighbours allegedly would think - as was common in the past.

Normal for modern royalty. My own modest 3 bedroom mansion and income based on someone else’s assessment of what I was worth rather than inheritance, is probably nearer the norm.
Poppies · 61-69, F
They certainly don't lead normal lives, so I have to say no.
peterlee · M
@Poppies The normal now to be on benefits?
FreddieUK · 70-79, M
@peterlee Only if you count State pensions.
peterlee · M
@FreddieUK The Attlee government increased the National Insurance contribution to pay for State Pensions. So in theory this is not a benefit, as you have already paid for it whilst you were working. Obviously, future governments did not see NI that way.

Sure in that they’re living on the dole in their mothers house, they have a brother/uncle facing pedophilia charges and another brother/son they don’t talk to.
