Is it true that men are more likely to show interest in women under 30 and significantly less likely to pay attention to older women?

Why would most people not then immigrate anywhere if they can’t get into their first choice destination? Say you have your heart set on Canada, they don’t take you but the Cayman Islands would. Still in the Americas but not what you really wanted?
