Do you think the thrill of being a fighter pilot would eventually outweigh the satisfaction of being a medical doctor?

I'm 17 and I'm in love with my teacher. They feel the same way. I finish school next year, but I'm worried my parents will find out before then and stop our wedding. What should I do?
