If we believe in karma, why does nothing seem to happen to those who cause global harm and to leaders who oppress their own people?

What should I do to help my daughter? My daughter is 4 years old and she is in school. There’s a classmate that is not always nice to her but my daughter seems to always want to please her and be her friend.
Why are there so many movies and TV shows where characters played by gorgeous actors/actresses nevertheless supposedly still have problems finding anybody who will date them? If even *they* can’t find dates, what are the odds for the rest of us?
