Can you celebrate St. Valentine's Day if you're not Catholic and don't believe in Catholic saints?

In Orthodox Church we have a different celebration, it is on February 13th and it is a celebration of a holy couple, St Aquila and St Priscilla

Now I do not identify much with Orthodox or any other religion, but it is the one I grew up into.
