Why do English speakers often expect to be understood universally, while speakers of other languages adjust to a national standard?

How many adult females (18+) admit to themselves that they revert back to their teenage misbehavior patterns for which they need to be spanked?
Can black people ever tell if your white co-worker is a closet racist like if they only speak to you or be anywhere near you if they feel like they absolutely don’t have a choice?
