How can understanding that a relationship with Jesus is simple help me overcome the guilt and frustration of not being perfect?

What is he called (he wouldn't be her BF) if a girl and guy openly like each other and do things a couple would but aren't ready for a relationship yet and want to take it slow?
Can a high IQ still not be able to do some simple problems or not understand simple words?
