Before that time your paper money represented a certain amount of God that was stored in your nationa gold reserve.. The Gold was in fact your Gold equal to your cash bills..
On the day that the gold standard was canceled that gold should have been distributed to the people holding the cash Bills in an amount commensurate to their cash holdings.. But NOOO.. The Gold was stolen from the cash holders.. That's thief.. That's the biggest heist in all History..
