What's one common mistake others make when they try to "win" an argument against you?

Are there any other lifestyle changes, besides exercise, that can help reduce trembling and anxiety during confrontations?
I’ve noticed many students say uni is harder if you’re quiet or introverted. Do you agree? Or does uni help people become more confident?
