Do you think adults should plan and consider

Or should they make no considerations and the resulting issues just be paid for by the state, their bank etc.?

The irresponsible ones, hell no 4 them. How do responsible ones know they are it and do they know yet that no one else can do it better? Maybe by sheer instinct. Maybe most teachers or most parents already do it best. Its a serious topic.
