Why might a dismissive-avoidant person not be bothered by losing friendships, unlike someone with narcissistic traits?

What should I do in this situation? So I am about to apply to Walmart for the first time ever. My resume has morphed into one big lie over the years and I feel like a lot of corporations can easily figure this out now. To lie or not to lie?
