Are the "No Kings" protests against President Donald Trump helpful or counterproductive to the country?

Why is the left having a temper tantrum because Americans refuse to support illegal immigrants?
It's said that many millions of anti-Trumpers were on the attack yesterday at something called No Kings Rally. Did Trump survive or was it all just a big waste of time by liberals with nothing to do since they are currently 100% powerless?
How do you explain to others that having a close circle as an INTJ is about quality over quantity?
