With the latest Trump tariffs, many goods originating out of China will be priced so prohibitively inside the USA as to make them practically unavailable to most Americans. What items should a person buy up immediately before access is denied?

Everything. Trade items are often swapped in international waters. Yet each swap raises the price even more. Making international trade more expensive than most tariffs.
