Why do some narcissists keep certain areas of their homes messy while others are spotless and organized?

Isn't it clear now, that the Republicans are really on the run from the American people, not just on health care, but, on their entire fascist, militaristic, antisocial agenda, which is precisely why the American public supports this shutdown?
