An observation

The UK now has more parking enforcement personnel than active military personnel.

Those low traffic enforcement zones will certainly slow down Russian armour, and we have cameras for bus lane violations. The fines should cover any rebuilding work.

So we are well organised, unless they arrive by dingy.
