Is there a reason why some people might hurt others without realizing it, and how can you tell if that's happening to you?

Is Canada best described as a lower upper power? Smallest advanced economy in the G7, & Ottawa is not quite yet on the same level of a regional power like London & Paris. To have arrived, does it really need to secure a permanent seat on the UNSC?
