Is falling out of love inevitable, or can couples actually stay “in love” forever?

How do we stop people from getting into violence and beef and stuff like that when it's not worth it at all when family is more important and appreciate and show gratitude for their lives?
If language truly is the next "religion," what specific "dogma" or "commandment" would you introduce to guide future generations toward a more meaningful existence?
Is our bloodlust experienced regardless of when we are born?
