What small reading habit can someone easily start today?

Would a single minor typo in a cover letter be a big deal? In one place in my letter, I accidentally started a sentence with a capital letter after a semicolon. Apart from that, everything looks perfect.
Why might someone with an avoidant attachment style be uncomfortable with public displays of affection, and how can you address this in a relationship?
