Do you keep a journal?

I do. It helps me to write things out that bother me or upset me...if I get them out on paper they aren't in my head as much. Anyone else? :)

I used to.
But it just got so depressing to read i stopped.
But if it works for you, go for it !

You know I don't even go back and re-read--- some of the posts I just don't wanna re live. So I don't go back! :)

@chickengirl14: Good on you !"
I started when i first separated from my ex-wife.
At the suggestion of somebody i worked with at the time.
But it was just endless !!
Every event; everything she said; to say nothing of the violent stuff.
Couldn't do it for too long.
Same here. Problem is. I only write in it when it gets REALLY bad. 😑

I used to do the same and I haven't really written in it in a while but I do try to not limit myself to only bad stuff in it ya know.
@chickengirl14: Yeah. I know.

I guess it's sort of way for me to vent.

I hardly VENT vent in real life.

Ever.

@Umile18: agree- I use it to vent. And it's helpful to me. Plus I really enjoy writing :) I think I need to remember to write more about good stuff though.
Yep, but I keep them in excel.
That's great, I used to do that, but I find it insecure, because other people can just open up the journal and read about it. Unless you're okay with it. 😃

@jjoe01: that doesn't really worry me. I keep it with me at all times actually in my purse- and I'm just not concerned about my husband doing that- plus there would be nothing in there that would really matter lol.
@chickengirl14: Cool!
