How would you use sw? Make sure you got water resistant phone, swim outside the city, go to some random coffee shop with good internet?

I have a generator and a bunch of jerry cans that I would fill as the disaster approached. Flooding around here is rarely a surprise. Hopefully gasoline deliveries would resume as the flood waters receded before I ran out.
